Attorney Erin Rozzelle

Attorney Erin Rozzelle was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana and relocated with her family to Charlotte, North Carolina in 1992, attending elementary, middle, and high school in Mecklenburg County School System. After graduating from Harding University High School, she attended college at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology. She then attended law school at North Carolina Central University School of Law located in Durham, N.C. and received her Juris Doctor degree.

After passing the July 2007 North Carolina Bar examination and becoming a licensed attorney in the state of North Carolina, she moved back home to Charlotte and worked with the “Law Office of Harold Cogdell, Jr., P.C.” as an Associate Attorney from September 2007-April 2009, practicing in both State and Federal criminal courts. She then launched her own office, “The Law Office of Erin Rozzelle, PLLC" in July 2009, where she focused her practice mainly in the areas of Criminal and Family Law. In July 2012 she closed down her office and entered full time into the collegiate field as a Paralegal Program Director.

After taking some time off from practicing law to start a family, Attorney Rozzelle began to help a family member defend a pending foreclosure case in April 2014.  It was through this representation that she discovered the need for quality, knowledgeable, and aggressive foreclosure defense attorneys to aid ailing homeowners across the state.  As such, she became passionate about helping homeowners and re-launched her law office in January 2015.  Currently Attorney Rozzelle mainly practices foreclosure defense, but due to her background, also still represents clients in criminal and family law matters.
